Executive, Leadership, and Career Coaching

My coaching style is based on guiding a coachee to reflect on goals, and consider the options and actions which might help achievement of the desired outcomes. I utilise the 15FQ+ psychometric tool to identify strengths. This feedback allows the coachee to accelerate insights and self-awareness that would not otherwise be easily accessible and normally makes tricky areas discussable. Also, I can utilise 360 feedback from colleagues, friends and family to give us a baseline of the views of others. 

Facilitation of Board Meetings

I create a collaborative and inclusive environment, ensuring all voices are heard, challenge is encouraged, conflicts are managed constructively, and decisions are well-informed to enable the most productive boardroom discussions.

Psychometric Testing (Recruitment and Development Tool)

Certified by the British Psychometrics Society, Level A and B, I utilise the 15FQ+ personality test which provides an in-depth assessment. Importantly, it has been developed to ensure culture and gender fairness. Once you have completed the psychometric questionnaire I analyse your results to provide an expert narrative report and personal feedback. This can be utilised for recruitment or development, as reports include information on leadership styles, thinking styles, team roles, career themes, strengths, and personality traits. 

Inclusive Leadership & Diversity Training

I provide bespoke development, training, and events, based on exploring client requirements to address specific business and personal development needs, including:
